Requirements: Suitable applicants may bring this is a hands-on role where 'll combine your technical expertise with supporting students in developing practical engineering skills within engineering workshops.'re looking for an experienced engineering professional who holds an SVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in a relevant engineering discipline, such as Fabrication and Welding or Mechanical Manufacture and Maintenance, together with at least five years' industry experience in a relevant engineering environment, Your practical knowledge will play a key role in supporting learning and maintaining industry-standard workshop facilities.As part of the curriculum team, will support programme delivery by preparing practical activities, maintaining equipment and workshop resources, and assisting lecturers during practical sessions, ideal for an experienced engineer who enjoys working with people, sharing technical knowledge and ensuring engineering facilities operate to a high professional standard, and Experience of working in fabrication and welding, mechanical manufacture and maintenance, or a similar engineering discipline would be highly advantageous.
