Requirements: Suitable applicants may bring must have significant post-qualification experience in a relevant role, experience of building/property maintenance as well as significant experience as a Foreman/Chargehand on various forms of construction projects, have sound knowledge of building and construction works, processes, trades, techniques and contracts, must have good communication skills in both oral and written form, the ability to deal sympathetically with all stakeholders, be firm but fair with contractors and be able to interpret drawings, specification, and bills of quantities in both electronic and paper format, and must have a recognised qualification in the building construction field, with a minimum of a City and Guilds (or equivalent).
