Sports Coach (Supply) - EAD08836 - East Dunbartonshire Leisure & Culture Trust - Basketball, Netball, Tennis, Athletics, Badminton, Squash) UKCC Level 2 or equivalent Sports Coach (Supply) - EAD08836 with East Dunbartonshire Leisure & Culture Trust in Basketball, Netball, Tennis, Athletics, Badminton, Squash) UKCC Level 2 or equivalent is a people-focused role involving work to recruit coaches to work within their Community Sports programme. Requirements: Suitable applicants may bring in order to apply for these positions applicants would require the following minimum qualifications; Football – Level 1.3 Children’s Coaching Award or 1.3 Youth/Adult Coaching Award Gymnastics – UKCC Level 2 Multi Sports ( require coaches in Basketball, Netball, Tennis, Athletics, Badminton, Squash) UKCC Level 2 or equivalent classes run across 6 days of the week Monday – Saturday from 9:00am – 7:00pm midweek and 8:30 – 1:30pm on Saturdays As part of coaches will be required to; *Plan and prepare quality coaching sessions based on the age and stage of the group they are coaching *Work both independently and as part of a team *Be able to communicate effectively with parents/carers *Be able to communicate effectively with primary school staff *Attend regular staff training/in service days across the year EDLCT is committed to ensuring equality, diversity and inclusion, and eliminating unlawful discrimination, therefore welcome and encourage applications from suitably qualified people of all backgrounds, and PVG / Disclosure Scotland The following criteria applies to all roles within East Dunbartonshire Council where PVG/Disclosure checks are essential criteria.
