Requirements: Suitable applicants may bring assisting the team on the surgical ward in the provision of exemplary patient care Contributing to the support and monitoring of patients Supporting nurses and clinicians in preparing patients for their upcoming procedures Accurately documenting patient information and escalating any concerns Providing reassurance and clear information to patients Maintaining a clean, safe and comfortable environment at all times Who ’re Looking For: ’re looking for someone with: Experience working as a Healthcare Assistant or in a similar role within a hospital or clinical setting Private Hospital or NHS Hospital experience Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience in: ECGs, taking blood/blood pressures and patient observations Confidence in taking basic clinical observations and carrying out phlebotomy procedures Ability to work flexibly across shifts, including weekdays and weekends as required A compassionate, reliable, and professional approach to patient care NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or a willingness to work towards this.
