Responsibilities: The advert points to excellent patient outcomes across the hospital and provide an exemplary pharmacy service in accordance with current legislation, accepted professional and ethical standards and clinical requirements To provide advice and support to consultants, other clinicians and patients ensuring the safe, appropriate and cost-effective use of medicines To advise the hospital and its departments on the safe management of medicines, ensuring compliance with current legislation and professional standards To promote a multidisciplinary, patient focused approach to the delivery of an efficient, high quality healthcare service Contribute to the development of the pharmacy service and medicine management improvements across the hospital striving to achieve outstanding Be flexible in your role to meet the demands of the pharmacy service, with emphasis on safe, respectful support. Requirements: Suitable applicants may bring who 're looking for: Current GPhC registration Have a minimum of 2 years, post-graduation experience in a hospital environment Someone who is looking for the challenge of delivering a comprehensive pharmacy service within a hospital setting Excellent communicator as will interact with patients across various departments to find out their pharmaceutical requirements Communication/organised/role model/showcase excellent patient care Hours:- Ad-hoc shifts - Mon-Fri 08.30-16.30 and Saturday 08.30-12pm.
