Recovery Navigator (Northfield Hub) – Creative Support with Creative Support in Birmingham, West Midlands is a people-focused role involving work to make a difference to the lives of people living in south Birmingham?.

Responsibilities: The advert points to actively progress along their mental health recovery journey through support planning, proactive key working, the delivery of structured courses, therapeutic activities and signposting to appropriate services, Creative Support is a non-profit organisation which provides high quality person centred social care services for people with learning disabilities, mental health and other needs, develop individual recovery plans and coordinate a package of support which will enhance their quality of life and provide opportunities for greater social inclusion within the wider community, and build trusting, therapeutic relationships and use a psychologically minded approach whilst maintaining professional boundaries and working within Creative Support’s Recovery Model to encourage positive mental health and coping skills, with emphasis on safe, respectful support.

Requirements: Suitable applicants may bring a passionate, inclusive, and anti-racist organization – Stonewall Diversity Champion, Disability Confident Employer who have recently received Investors in People Gold awarded.

Employment details: Full training is provided, as is the opportunity to work towards QCF Diploma in Health and Social Care and Benefits of working with Creative Support include a probationary bonus, pension contributions, 28 days Annual Leave and company paid enhanced DBS.
