Responsibilities: The advert points to empower individuals to recover from, or live better with, the symptoms of mental ill health through the provision of information, support, self-management programmes, community connections and peer support, adults with moderate mental health needs living in rural towns and villages in Perth and Kinross, The post holder will plan, organise and manage the delivery of support in line with policy, procedure and best practice, and support service users to move on from, or live better with, the symptoms of mental ill health, with emphasis on safe, respectful support.
