multi-skilled Joiner/Carpenter with Norse Group in Buxton is a people-focused role involving work to join the team on a full time, permanent basis working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities: The advert points to duties; Carrying out all aspects of 1st and 2nd FIX plumbing works, working from detailed plumbing design drawings and specifications, Performing other trades duties including basic carpentry, plastering, and tiling where required, and ensure that they are made aware of the progress of works and where works may extend past the target date, with emphasis on safe, respectful support.

Requirements: Suitable applicants may bring successful candidate; City and Guilds certificate (or equivalent) in a plumbing related subject Familiar with COSHH regulations Knowledge in minor carpentry, plastering and tilling Sound knowledge of Kitchen and Bathroom installations Extensive experience in 1st and 2nd FIX domestic plumbing installations Previous experience working within social housing properties – Void and planned works Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise work Ability to organise own work to schedule Attention to detail and problem-solving skills offer; Salary £33,913.03 20 days annual leave + bank holidays Stat nest pension and sickness scheme Access to company discounts and offers ***An enhanced DBS check will be required for successful candidate, payment will be met by the employer.
