Requirements: Suitable applicants may bring it is essential the candidate has a minimum of 2 Highers or equivalent, experience of carrying out research, scrutinising data and writing reports, The candidate should have a working knowledge of private sector housing across Argyll and Bute, including housing standards, legislation, how to access housing services and the ability to engage with a wide variety of people and partners from varying backgrounds and sectors, good communication skills and the ability to motivate others, especially those experiencing barriers to housing, and A high level of organisational and communication skills and the ability to work flexibly, on own initiative, and as part of a team with colleagues, partners and the public are vital.
