Responsibilities: The advert points to deliver an ambitious growth and development programme for growth and prosperity for all, making North Lanarkshire the place to live, learn, work and invest, The post holder will work with a variety of partners, customers, and clients on the delivery of a professional service that maximises resources and delivers positive outcomes, support the development of 3,300 homes (in addition to the 900 already completed or under construction/approved) alongside over 160,000 square metres of civic/community, office, retail, and employment development, and the Project Delivery Manager (Major Projects) and working as part of a multidisciplinary team, the post holder will work with a variety of stakeholders including external consultants, council services and contractors, with emphasis on safe, respectful support.

Requirements: Suitable applicants may bring with an HND or Degree in Civil Engineering or relevant subject, will have substantial knowledge and experience in roads infrastructure and project management.
