Responsibilities: The advert points to find out if all DCM issues have been resolved] There is a responsibility for the post holder to demonstrate a commitment to quality service delivery through continuous improvement for the benefit of the Service and the organisation, with emphasis on safe, respectful support.

Employment details: Hybrid Working: Available on select days after completing a minimum of two months of in-office training and Main Duties of the post are Support the Service with the coordination, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of defined workstreams within the Service Maintain and update databases (e.g., Northgate, Excel); generate system reports as required Provide administrative support across all housing-related processes Assist in the development and oversight of DCM procedures and data systems Updating & maintaining the “DCM tacker App” & give feedback on issues or ways it could be improved Attend property inspections alongside the DCM Quality Assurance Inspector (QAI); take notes and engage with tenants Calling tenants after COW/QAI or tradesman have been to find out if all DCM issues have been resolved] There is a responsibility for to demonstrate a commitment to quality service delivery through continuous improvement for the benefit of the Service and the organisation.
