Responsibilities: The advert points to lead and develop our pharmacy services within our private hospital, As Pharmacy Manager, you’ll provide both operational and clinical leadership for the pharmacy department, ensuring safe, effective and patient-centred medicines management across the hospital, As Pharmacy Manager, the post holder will lead a team, manage medicines governance, and work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams across the hospital as well as ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements, and Key Responsibilities Provide strategic and operational leadership for the pharmacy department Ensure the safe, effective, and economical use of medicines throughout the hospital Lead, manage, and develop the pharmacy team, including performance management and staff development Oversee medicines management, procurement, stock control, and budgeting Ensure compliance with GPhC standards, hospital policies, and relevant legislation Support clinical governance, audits, risk management, and quality improvement initiatives Build strong relationships with consultants, clinicians, and senior management teams, with emphasis on safe, respectful support.

Requirements: Suitable applicants may bring competitive Salary depending on skills and experience, ’ll have previous hospital Pharmacy Manager experience as a Pharmacist or Technician as well as strong leadership and management capabilities, and be highly organised, analytical and have the ability to drive service improvement and innovation.
