Requirements: Suitable applicants may bring have the ability to provide a professional, courteous, sensitive, and empathetic manner, combined with enthusiasm, high motivation, and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities, To coordinate customer journeys, ensuring that customers have a good understanding of the defined customer journey expectations including: Identifying all hospital areas which have customer touch points to ensure shared knowledge and understanding Providing information required to enable other areas to respond to all customer enquiries to the defined quality and timeline standards Collating information which effect or influence the customer experience To introduce new processes to improve customer advise and service, as required To support the definition, development, communication and implementation of business development and marketing plans and activities, and As a Customer Services Advisor, will have: Proven experience in a customer service, sales or marketing role Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent interpersonal skills and a good level of IT literacy Good organizational skills Helping feel good.
