Responsibilities: The advert points to celebrate and support you every step of the way, helping you grow in a caring, supportive environment, with opportunities to learn and develop throughout your career, ensure the delivery of effective nursing care to residents in a nursing home and to directly manage the Registered General Nurses on your team, and Other responsibilities will include: Co-ordinate the resident assessment process, ensuring that the plan of care is accurate and reflected in the care needs summary, the resident is involved in identifying needs and preferences, and integration of all information into a person-centred care plan Ensure that all relevant information in respect of each resident is communicated using the most appropriate method, e.g, with emphasis on safe, respectful support.

Requirements: Suitable applicants may bring and as part of close-knit team, ’ll experience a culture that values respect, compassion, and a shared commitment to exceptional care, ideal candidate must: Hold a Registered Nurse qualification, and Have 2 to 3 years of post-qualification experience, with evidence of ongoing professional development in elderly care or a relevant field.
