Responsibilities: The advert points to provide physiotherapy intervention to patients referred into the department, prioritise physiotherapy referrals in order to implement effective and timely caseload management and determine clinical diagnosis and provide physiotherapy treatment, developing appropriate packages of care, giving specialist clinical / professional advice to patients, carers and other Health Care Professionals, junior staff and students within locality as appropriate Undertake comprehensive assessment and diagnosis of patients with a wide variety of physical and emotional needs, formulate, deliver, review and progress individual treatment programmes, ensuring effective treatment, specialist advice and timely discharge is achieved, and Ensure ongoing monitoring of the standard of treatment provided Ensure compliance with all professional, clinical and integrated governance standards and participate in clinical audit and other quality assurance processes Support Physiotherapy Manager in developing all aspects of the department service and training delivery, with emphasis on safe, respectful support. Requirements: Suitable applicants may bring hPC Registered Professional assessor Evidence of substantial CPD in management and other clinically related and relevant subjects Previous experience working in the private healthcare sector Previous experience of managing clinical audits Able to analyse physiotherapy management problems and identify viable solutions Able to work as a practitioner in and across multi-disciplinary teams Able to apply clinical reasoning skills to a range of complex and varied patient case mixes.
