Responsibilities: The advert points to provide the personalised fitness programmes that really make a difference – changing lives for the better, teach these circuit-based classes, perform fitness assessments and deliver great training to all our gym members, Bootcamps and LBT's, and work towards manageable personal goals Ensure everyone is assessed and inducted before using our facilities Help and support members with techniques, training and lifestyle advice Deputise for the Programme Manager and use your own initiative to help deliver a great experience Helping you feel good, with emphasis on safe, respectful support. Requirements: Suitable applicants may bring if ’re an experienced Personal Trainer, or newly qualified in the industry, holding a Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification, this is your chance to provide the personalised fitness programmes that really make a difference – changing lives for the better, As a Corporate Fitness & Wellbeing Advisor at Corporate club in Feltham, ’ll have a background in corporate or commercial fitness, knowledge of different training methods and class deliveries and ’ll be highly motivated with the communication skills and infectious enthusiasm to teach these circuit-based classes, perform fitness assessments and deliver great training to all gym members, and Promote and carry out Personal Best, a health assessment that empowers members to work towards manageable personal goals Ensure everyone is assessed and inducted before using facilities Help and support members with techniques, training and lifestyle advice Deputise for the Programme Manager and use your own initiative to help deliver a great experience Helping feel good.
