Support Worker with Creative Support in Gateshead, Tyne and Wear is a people-focused role involving work to looking for a diverse role that is fun, stimulating and rewarding every day?.

Responsibilities: The advert points to join our friendly staff team in Gateshead, Tyne and Wear, people with mental health needs, follow their passions, enhance their confidence and coping abilities along side fun activities, and support service users who have needs relating to alcohol and use of non-prescribed drugs through appropriate advice, support and signposting, with emphasis on safe, respectful support.

Requirements: Suitable applicants may bring no previous care experience is needed, just a passion for providing person-centred care and support and working in a bright, friendly environment! and a passionate, inclusive, and anti-racist organization – Stonewall Diversity Champion, Disability Confident Employer who have recently received Investors in People Gold awarded.

Employment details: Full training is provided by Creative Support Training Academy and Full training is provided, as is the opportunity to work towards QCF Diploma in Health and Social Care.
