Responsibilities: The advert points to join our friendly staff team in New Waltham, Grimsby, North East Lincolnshire, The post holder will support adults with learning disabilities with their daily lives, The people we support enjoy going ice skating and dancing at local discos, and individuals with learning disabilities, challenging behaviour and non-verbal communication requirements, with emphasis on safe, respectful support.

Requirements: Suitable applicants may bring no previous care experience is needed and a passionate, inclusive, and anti-racist organization- Stonewall Diversity Champion, Disability Confident Employer who have recently received Investors in People Gold awarded.

Employment details: Full training is provided, as is the opportunity to work towards QCF Diploma in Health and Social Care and Benefits of working with Creative Support include a probationary bonus, pension contributions, 28 days Annual Leave and company paid enhanced DBS.
