Responsibilities: The advert points to join our friendly team within our supported living and day services in Horsforth, Leeds, tenants with a range of learning disabilities, mental health and complex needs enabling them to take part in all aspects of everyday life and enjoy a wide range of activities, demonstrate unconditional positive regard for the people we support, and be able to work within a positive behaviour support framework, to accept responsibility and to grow in confidence as a skilled practitioner, with emphasis on safe, respectful support.

Requirements: Suitable applicants may bring prior experience of supporting adults with learning disabilities is essential and must also have (or be willing to work towards) a relevant qualification, such as the NVQ Diploma in Health and Social Care level 2 or 3.

Employment details: Full training is provided, as is the opportunity to work towards QCF Diploma in Health and Social Care.
