Responsibilities: The advert points to provide day-to-day operational leadership within a function-based housing team, driving high standards of service delivery, performance and continuous improvement, As a Senior Housing Officer, the post holder will: Lead and coordinate the day-to-day delivery of your dedicated housing function, Line manage Housing Officers and Assistants within your function, and Improve tenant satisfaction and ensure compliance with legislation and best practices, with emphasis on safe, respectful support.

Requirements: Suitable applicants may bring what are looking for: Experience in social housing and housing management, Knowledge of Scottish housing legislation, tenancy management, and welfare systems, and Experience of improving services and using systems and data to support decision-making.

Employment details: Contract Terms: 35 hours per week (full time), Permanent Salary: £50,780 – £53,897, Grade SO3-SO1 + car allowance and Salary placing will normally be at the first point of the scale.
