Requirements: Suitable applicants may bring skills & Experience Required Can communicate effectively to build relationships with service users, families, colleagues and other internal/external agencies to ensure a quality care provision?, If so, should have experience of working with vulnerable adults who have learning and/or physical disabilities, autism spectrum conditions and other varied needs, It would desirable that have some knowledge of alternative communication methods suitable to this setting, and Do have the ability to manage your own workload, prioritise, and problem solve?.
