Responsibilities: The advert points to join our team at a vibrant supported living setting comprising eight individual bungalows, where adults with learning disabilities and other complex needs are supported to live fulfilling, independent lives, As an Operational Support Officer, the post holder will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the site, The post holder will support with day-to-day coordination, problem-solving, communication, and operational oversight, and grow your skills and confidence in operational leadership, with emphasis on safe, respectful support.

Requirements: Suitable applicants may bring no two days will be the same, and ’ll need to be adaptable, organised, and confident managing competing demands.

Employment details: To Act up during the Team Leaders annual leave and to seek any additional support/ advice from the Area Manager Dimensions has no direct reports, however, will hold Supervisory responsibility for a designated staff team under the leadership of the Team Leader and Key Result Areas Support the development, update and review of care plans for the attention of the Team Leader that outline the care and support individuals need.
