Responsibilities: The advert points to the continued expansion of our programme, which currently delivers lessons to around 10,000 people a week, The employer is seeking an enthusiastic, highly motivated Swim Officer who loves teaching swimming to a variety of abilities and age groups and have the skills to help Swim Teachers develop, REQUIREMENTS Monitor, review and manage swimming teachers / coaches, high standards as defined within the business plan and site procedures, and Deliver the Swimming Development Programme, with emphasis on safe, respectful support.
