Project Manager with Creative Support in Liverpool, Merseyside is a people-focused role involving work to passionate about working within the Mental Health field?.

Responsibilities: The advert points to the post holder will be part of and lead a highly committed team of Recovery Support Workers which provides the delivery of a person-centered recovery and rehabilitation service for people with enduring mental health needs, Supervision, coaching, performance management and support of staff, Ensuring all service users has a co-produced plan of support and a designated Key Worker, and ensure that service users receive individualised person centered support which enables them to enjoy a fulfilling and valued life, to participate in the community and to develop their abilities as fully as possible, with emphasis on safe, respectful support.

Requirements: Suitable applicants may bring require a progressive Manager with extensive mental health experience for Supported Living Mental Health Recovery Service for up to 26 people with mental health needs, located in Warrington and an Outreach team supporting adults in the community with Mental Health and Physical Disabilities.

Employment details: be accountable for the development, operational management, staff management and quality assurance of the service.
