Responsibilities: The advert points to role: Maintenance Operative Location: Proctor House, 107 Main Road, Bolton Le Sands, Carnforth, LA5 8EQ Contract: Permanent Hours: 10 hrs Pay rate: £ 13.39ph Working as a team our Maintenance Operatives ensure that the property is maintained, and kept in a good state of repair at all times, by quickly carrying out minor repairs, undertaking pre-emptive repair work, and performing checks on structure, infrastructure and equipment, provide first response to all repairs to identify the fault and repair or refer to Asset Management/nominated contractor, and ensure lights are operational and a VFM service is provided, with emphasis on safe, respectful support.
