Responsibilities: The advert points to operatives will provide a high-quality first line maintenance service at multiple sites throughout our portfolio, and will be respectful of our tenants and their homes, – We provide all tools and power tools for the job, – Learning and development opportunities, including support with professional qualifications, and assist other engineers outside of your discipline where required This is a full-time position, with emphasis on safe, respectful support.

Requirements: Suitable applicants may bring pleasant, reliable, flexible and hardworking hands-on Qualified Joiner that take pride in their work to join team of friendly Maintenance Operatives working mostly in the Greater Manchester and North West and Applicants should have experience in the below: • Repairing, maintaining, or replacing kitchen units within tenants flats following leaks • Repairing, maintaining, or replacing wooden fixtures ie doors or locks • Finishing surfaces through sanding, staining or varnishing • Be able to assist other engineers outside of your discipline where required This is a full-time position.

Employment details: – 25 days annual leave plus bonus birthday day and – Death in Service Benefit (2x salary) – Family friendly policies.
