Responsibilities: The advert points to join us and help greet our members and visitors to the club, provide excellent customer care to all sorts of people, and As a Member of the Front of House Team, the post holder will: Support the smooth running of our reception and café areas Help us create a friendly, relaxing and professional environment Provide exceptional and efficient customer service to everyone who visits our club Give a warm welcome, answering queries in a caring and helpful way, making sure everyone feels valued Support the café team, with preparing and serving fresh, healthy and nutritional food and drinks What we need from you Be able to work various shift patterns across the week - 6am-2pm/2pm-10pm weekdays and be able to work occasional weekend shifts 7.30am-3.30pm/12noon to 8pm Saturday and Sunday, with emphasis on safe, respectful support.

Requirements: Suitable applicants may bring previous experience in a busy customer facing role.

Employment details: employment type: Part time – Bank role and From Holiday in line with the Working Time Directive, Access to Pension Scheme and discounted gym membership at £35.00 a month.
