Responsibilities: The advert points to join Dumfries and Galloway Council and support children and families experiencing poverty, access the right support, build confidence, establish stability and resilience and help them to progress towards learning, training, volunteering and sustainable employment, and the SG's Fairer Futures Partnership (FFP) programme, a transformational pilot reshaping how services support whole families, with emphasis on safe, respectful support.

Requirements: Suitable applicants may bring they should have an understanding of trauma informed practise, issues caused by poverty stigma and the importance of lived experience in service improvement, An understanding of relevant local and national strategies, delivery framework and funding is desirable, A flexible, empathetic and non-judgemental approach are essential with kindness a core behaviour, and A current driving licence is an essential requirement for this post, however if have a disability which precludes from holding a driving licence consideration will be given if alternative transport can be arranged.
