Services Technician, Maintenance (5731) - CNS06410 with Comhairle nan Eilean Siar in partnership with the Property Management Section is a people-focused role involving work to advert Services Technician, Maintenance (5731) 37 hours per week, permanent post £36,430 - £39,362 per annum (inclusive of £2,997 Distant Islands Allowance) will lead and co-ordinate the delivery of all mechanical and electrical (M&E) service requirements across the Comhairle estate.

Responsibilities: The advert points to advert Services Technician, Maintenance (5731) 37 hours per week, permanent post £36,430 - £39,362 per annum (inclusive of £2,997 Distant Islands Allowance) The successful candidate will lead and co-ordinate the delivery of all mechanical and electrical (M&E) service requirements across the Comhairle estate and ensure the efficient and effective delivery of works, maintaining compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, with emphasis on safe, respectful support.

Requirements: Suitable applicants may bring have extensive knowledge of mechanical and electrical repairs, maintenance and improvement works within building environments, together with a sound understanding of current I.E.E, must hold a recognised, time-served apprenticeship in a relevant building services discipline or an HNC (or equivalent) in a related field, together with a minimum of five years' post-qualification experience, A current valid driving licence is essential, and In your Experience Statement, please detail how meet each of the essential criteria outlined in the person specification.

Employment details: Salary for the above post is inclusive of Distant Islands Allowance.
