Requirements: Suitable applicants may bring what 'll be doing: Getting to know people and building trust Supporting day to day routines and activities Helping people to feel safe, confident and heard Encouraging independence Helping people reach their personal goals Working closely with your team and supporting others 'll fit in well if : Are patient, kind and down-to-earth Communicate well and listen to others Can stay calm and think on your feet Are open to learning new skills Are good at using basic tech likes tablets/computers The good stuff don't need experience; 're more interested in who are, 'll give all the training 'll need, pay while learn, and even fund your SVQ (SCQF level 6/7) qualification, PVG and SSSC registration, and If don't live in Strichen and are not a driver, will need to be mindful of the location of service and be confident that can travel for your shifts as there are very limited public transport links available that fit with shift patterns.
