Requirements: Suitable applicants may bring to succeed, 'll need significant experience designing, developing and delivering large-scale leadership or training programmes within a complex organisation, 'll also bring proven team management, coaching and mentoring experience, with the ability to inspire high-performing teams and influence senior stakeholders, and Experience leading change, working at pace and turning learning concepts into impactful development solutions will be essential.
