Materials Supplies Lead with Nuffield Health in Wimbledon – London is a people-focused role involving work to support the manager in Stores.

Responsibilities: The advert points to support the manager in Stores, The post holder will assist the manager with the daily inventory, stock control, and supply chain logistics for clinical consumables, surgical instruments, and medical equipment, The post holder will be an organised team player capable of working under pressure with a keen eye for detail, good IT and leadership skills As a Materials Supplies Lead the post holder will: Co-ordinate Stores orders and deliveries, put away stock and assist with re-organisation of the storage areas and updating records, and maintain required product levels without overstocking Track spending, manage local vendor deliveries, and ensure regulatory compliance Ensure that all hospital-related purchase orders are processed and managed accurately and efficiently, including invoice reconciliation and the timely follow-up of overdue purchase orders, supplier queries, and delivery issues Work with the team, other departments and suppliers to ensure that AP queries are kept to a minimum and processed in a timely manner Provide support to the manager to complete improvement projects and to manage the team and cover responsibilities during absences Who we're looking for: Good IT skills, including use of Excel, with emphasis on safe, respectful support.

Requirements: Suitable applicants may bring experience of working with stock processes and management would be desirable/must??, Experience of SAP would be desirable, and Experience of working in a Hospital environment or a demanding, fast-moving environment would be desirable.
