Responsibilities: The advert points to join our friendly team to make a difference to the lives of people living in a service provision in Shipley, Bradford, individuals with mental health and autism needs, enabling them to take part in all aspects of everyday life and enjoy a wide range of activities, demonstrate unconditional positive regard for the people we support, and be able to work within a positive behaviour support framework, to accept responsibility and to grow in confidence as a skilled practitioner, with emphasis on safe, respectful support.

Requirements: Suitable applicants may bring prior experience of supporting adults with mental health is essential, must also have (or be willing to work towards) a relevant qualification, such as the NVQ Diploma in Health and Social Care level 2 or 3, and a passionate, inclusive, and anti-racist organization – Stonewall Diversity Champion, Disability Confident Employer who have recently received Investors in People Gold award.

Employment details: Full training is provided, as is the opportunity to work towards QCF Diploma in Health and Social Care and Benefits of working with Creative Support include a probationary bonus, pension contributions, 28 days Leave and company paid enhanced DBS.
