Responsibilities: The advert points to welcome caring and enthusiastic Support Workers to our friendly team in Fleetwood, Lancashire, Our supported housing service consists of 21 self-contained apartments across three sites, providing a safe, welcoming environments for people with complex needs and housing-related support needs, Our main site at Warrenhurst Court also includes a dedicated crisis unit, offering short-term accommodation and support for individuals in urgent need, and people with a range of complex needs, including mental health challenges, substance misuse, offending histories, and experiences of homelessness, with emphasis on safe, respectful support.

Employment details: Helping people sustain their tenancies and reduce the risk of homelessness Encouraging the development of independent living skills, including budgeting, money management, and maintaining a safe home environment and Assisting people to access opportunities such as education, employment, training, healthcare, and community opportunities.
