Responsibilities: The advert points to support service users with complex learning disabilities and physical health support needs to live within their own tenancies, We support service users in all aspects of their daily living, promoting choice, independence inclusive of personal care and moving and handling tasks, inclusion and wellbeing, Working as part of our Swinton based team on a rota basis which does include sleep in shifts, the post holder will deliver flexible, person centred support, and participate in the local community Ability to work flexibly in shifts over the weekend including waking nights Develop and sustain warm and trusting relationships with service users Collaborating with colleagues, families and involved professionals to ensure a coordinated and consistent service As a Creative Support Bank Staff member the post holder will have access to our free app which allows you to pick up shifts in any area of the country, provides information on the service and shifts as well as directions, with emphasis on safe, respectful support.
