Schools Cleaning Supervisor - Norse Group - to the cleaning team

Schools Cleaning Supervisor with Norse Group in to the cleaning team is a people-focused role involving work to join team on a permanent basis working 15 hours per week.

Responsibilities: The advert points to friday 15:30 - 18:30 To provide support to manage the building and output specification so that quality and performance meet the operational targets set by the Head of Soft FM, establish and maintain first class individual working relationships with customers and staff, Lead and manage the cleaning staff on a daily basis, communicating daily targets and taking responsibility for maintaining high standards of quality, health and hygiene, and comply with the Company requirements, wearing company uniform as specified, with emphasis on safe, respectful support.

Requirements: Suitable applicants may bring have full working knowledge of the areas in the building which are covered by the services run by the Company and Conduct briefings and training to ensure that staff have strong product knowledge and are able to deliver service to the standards required.
