Responsibilities: The advert points to join our team, our team with a combination of early and late shifts, or longer days and sleep in duties, Experience is not essential and we will support training and development at all stages of your employment with us, and Our support staff work across our 4 residential homes in the Newtown area of Trowbridge, providing support in all aspect of people's daily life, with emphasis on safe, respectful support.

Requirements: Suitable applicants may bring experience is not essential and will support training and development at all stages of your employment with us and play a key part in their recovery, assisting qualified staff with the assessment and implementation of individual patient care plans, undertaking routine tasks and activities as directed or delegated to facilitate wellbeing, dignity and treatment of residents Ensure that the people who use service have any personal needs or requirements met; including personal care, participation in activities and support with daily living tasks.
