Responsibilities: The advert points to join our Strategic HR team and help shape the future of our workforce, services and organisation, develop practical, people-focused solutions that support service priorities and help deliver positive outcomes for our communities, As a People and Change Partner, the post holder will provide strategic HR and change support across a varied portfolio, and support service redesign, workforce planning, employee relations, organisational development and change activity, with emphasis on safe, respectful support.

Requirements: Suitable applicants may bring someone who enjoys working collaboratively, can build trusted relationships and is confident supporting and constructively challenging managers, be part of a supportive and professional team with a strong culture of working together, sharing knowledge and helping each other succeed, bring strong HR knowledge, sound judgement, excellent communication skills and the ability to use workforce data and insight to inform recommendations and decisions, and be: A confident and experienced HR professional, ideally with strategic HR or business partnering experience.
