Advert Housing Officer (Temporary) the post holder will ensure a high quality, customer focused Estate Management Service within the neighbourhood, ensuring effective customer liaison and promotion of tenant participation and that all housing management functions are carried out in accordance with Council policy and procedures. A key aspect will be to ensure that all rent arrears recovery and early intervention activities are carried out in accordance with policies and procedures to minimise any debt owed. Duties include ensuring that the environment in your designated area is well maintained and kept clean and tidy.
