Requirements: Suitable applicants may bring aBOUT US APPRENTICE PPROPERTY SURVEYOR (COUNCIL TAX) An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a new team of apprentice surveyors, leading to a formal Level 3 Diploma qualification and Associate Membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, “learn while earn”, being provided with dedicated “on the job” training, with a view to embarking on a NVQ Level 3 Surveying Technician Diploma qualification, carried out by partners in Jace Training, inspect / survey residential properties, interpret sales evidence, and carry out statutory valuations for Council Tax purposes, and, once qualified, act as “expert witness” at appeal hearings of the First Tier Tribunal, and Applicants should have excellent communication skills with a positive, professional, and responsible attitude, coupled with the ability to multi-task.
