Responsibilities: The advert points to be confirmed The employer is seeking an Apprentice Support Worker, an opportunity to work with residents within our Assessment Hub, Newport, Isle of Wight, Key Responsibilities: As Apprentice Support Worker the post holder will work towards Homelessness Pathway Lead Adult Care Worker Level 3 Apprenticeship over a 21 month fixed term contract, develop and deliver a high-quality person-centred programme of support, promoting client’s strengths, independence and choice, and address client support needs, enable them to achieve positive life changes and ultimately empower them to lead fulfilling lives, with emphasis on safe, respectful support.
