Apprenticeship Coach Worcestershire with Specsavers in Remote supports the smooth running of operational, administrative, or customer-facing work.

Responsibilities: Key duties appear to include develop the skills, knowledge and confidence they need to succeed in their roles, help them achieve their full potential, You’ll manage a caseload of up to 30 apprentices, delivering engaging one-to-one coaching sessions, both virtually and face-to-face, and providing regular feedback and support, you’ll help learners stay motivated and on track.

Requirements: Suitable applicants may bring as an Apprentice Coach, ’ll play a key role in supporting apprentices to develop the skills, knowledge and confidence they need to succeed in their roles, ’re looking for someone with experience in optics, who has a genuine passion for coaching and developing others, ’ll have experience delivering coaching, training or development sessions and feel confident facilitating learning both virtually and face-to-face, and Strong communication and relationship building skills are essential, along with the ability to influence, support and motivate people from a range of backgrounds.
