Responsibilities: The advert points to support the delivery of digital multi-disciplinary (e-MDT) services across the Spire group of hospitals, with a particular focus on MDTs for elective surgery, ensure the service is well structured, runs effectively and that patients are discussed and treated in line with available guidelines, establish and maintain new Spire MDTs Identify and discuss with colleagues any risks relating to Spire’s MDT development plan and effective management strategies to reduce the level of risk, and discharge their responsibilities in line with policies and procedures, with emphasis on safe, respectful support.

Requirements: Suitable applicants may bring also require working with consultants to ensure the service is well structured, runs effectively and that patients are discussed and treated in line with available guidelines.

Employment details: Specific Responsibilities Work with Spire’s MDT working group to establish and maintain new Spire MDTs Identify and discuss with colleagues any risks relating to Spire’s MDT development plan and effective management strategies to reduce the level of risk and Contribute to the design or development of new forms and data sets when requested by Spire MDTs or required by new guidelines or best practice.
