Employment details: Autism Practitioners (Support Workers) - Fife Area Services Cowdenbeath, Cardenden, Lochgelly Full-time and part-time positions available Pay Scale: Starting at £13.45 per hour, rising to £13.67 after engagement and Key responsibilities: - Build positive relationships with the supported people - To support people to take part in their chosen activities such as swimming, gym, meals out, cinema, parties, going for walks, going on holiday and much more - Continuously develop personalised support plans with the supported people, their support network, and other stakeholders to ensure their life goals and aspirations are the main focus - To support people to take part in their chosen activities - Be an active part of their local community and live as independently as possible - Complete all tasks necessary to maintain their home and to support with personal care As part of your role, will be required to undertake shift work, including weekends and evenings, so flexibility towards working hours is key.
