Job DescriptionBased at Kingspark Special School, the post holder will work full time, 37 hours per week. The post holder will support effective learning and teaching as directed by the Head Teacher.The IndividualYou will have proven experience of working in management including human resources and finance matters and have experience of working with managers at a senior/strategic level and of the management of staff within a multi-disciplinary environment. A working knowledge of health and safety matters is essential, as is a working knowledge of business planning and performance management.
