Requirements: Suitable applicants may bring ideally, 'll have: Experience working within a residential or dementia care setting Previous experience supervising or leading a care team A Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards one) Medication administration experience Excellent communication and leadership skills A genuine passion for delivering outstanding care Why join Anchor?.
