Responsibilities: The advert points to those within the receiving body, including the celebration of Christian festivals, and to provide opportunities for Christian discovery/discipleship Assess and address the cultural, religious and spiritual needs of all including those of other faiths and seek to build cross-community relationships to this end, provide guidance on multi-faith issues, ensuring that the spiritual wellbeing of all is recognised and supported, Support the positive working relationships with the wider Salvation Army, other faith organisations and churches, statutory and NGO agencies, local schools and the local council where relevant, and support people develop and explore their Christian faith, with emphasis on safe, respectful support.
