We have an exciting role for a confident, compassionate and experienced Clinical Deputy Manager who will work alongside another Deputy Manager to assist the General Manager in all aspects of the day to day running of the home on a 24 hour basis.

Further context from the advert indicates that the post holder will both deputise for the General Manager across the whole range of their duties in their absence. The post holder will have experience as a RGN and will ensure all aspects of the management of the home meet with the Essential Standards of Quality and Safety and the requirements of the Care Quality Commission.
