Responsibilities: The advert points to use your expertise to guide support and work with our nursing teams, deliver consistent clinical excellence the post holder will also support the home’s and play a key and essential role in shaping Clinical Governance ensuring that all standards are being met to help reduce clinical risk for our residents, Clinical Leads through special Clinical Lead update days and take a lead in review and development of clinical policies, and ensure that all our homes are clinically well led and managed to a high standard, with emphasis on safe, respectful support.
