Requirements: Suitable applicants may bring please note this is a permanent position Working hours: 35 hours per week, Monday - Friday with the occasional need for flexibility Interview Date: Thursday 17th September 2026 Great Yarmouth Corps has a mainly elderly congregation with reduced traditional activity, and its weekday community programme needs careful, prayerful development to create practical, relational spaces where people can experience care, dignity, and the presence of Jesus, Job Summary: The Community Mission Manager is essential in rebuilding this Kingdom focused programme, supporting staff, managing building operations including setting up for programme activities, and assisting the Corps Officer in encouraging healthy connection between the corps and the wider community, while helping the fellowship gently refocus as an outward facing missional corps, Facilitate people’s Christian discipleship, worship and social action, leading prayer, facilitating group worship, providing pastoral support as appropriate, and modelling a consistent Christian lifestyle within the community Successful candidate will have: Proven experience of successfully managing a complex and busy setting, and Strong experience of successfully integrating and delivering multiple and diverse programmes.
